Regulating Or Controlling Electricity

A device is described which makes it feasible to conduct detailed analyses of finger and hand movements in braille reading. The device records movements in relation to comprehensive features on the text from under translucent surfaces, synchronously with voice output and cumulative real (1/100sec) time. The apparatus makes it feasible to analyse the time and location of finger motions of the two hands in relation to very tiny details of the text in continuous prose reading. It’s a significant application as a didactic help in training courses for teachers, and in analysing and correcting braille reading problems.
